Cal Marginalized Genders in Gaming

Cal Marginalized Genders in Gaming (CMGG) is a student-run club at UC Berkeley dedicated to empowering people of marginalized genders in games—as players, competitors, and industry professionals. Our mission is to change what gaming looks like; we want every student who is touched by our program to feel confident that they belong to the gaming community.

Proudly sponsored by Cal Esports.

Looking for people to play your favorite games with? (CMGG members play everything from competitive multiplayer games to tiny indie games — just ask!) Want to chat about the latest industry news and game releases? Look no further! We foster safe, supportive communities in our Facebook group and Discord server. Positive vibes only :)
